Watch Conor McGregor take out Cowboy Cerrone in 40 seconds: UFC 246 full fight video

Conor McGregor returned to the Octagon in January, marking his first UFC bout in more than a year. There was no time for ring rust, as he took out Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone just 40 seconds into their UFC 246 main event bout.

The quick finish had naysayers making claims of a fixed fight. Cerrone vehemently denied such claims, as did McGregor.

With McGregor having laid out a plan to fight at least three times in 2020, everyone is now asking what’s next. Should McGregor make a quick trip back to the cage to fight the likes of Justin Gaethje or Nate Diaz? Should he wait to see if Khabib Nurmagomedov or Tony Ferguson drops out of the UFC 249 main event?

There are no easy answers when it comes to McGregor, but he certainly looked like he made easy work of Cerrone at UFC 246.
